Composite tooth

Diamond-composite teeth exhibit excellent impact resistance, thermal conductivity, and wear resistance. Compared with traditional cemented carbide teeth, they offer advantages such as longer service life, higher rock-breaking efficiency, and lower overall operating costs.

  • Product Description
  • Diamond composite teeth are sintered at high temperature and pressure from a cemented carbide matrix and diamond micron powder, combining the impact resistance of cemented carbide with the wear resistance of diamond. Moreover, thanks to diamond’s excellent thermal conductivity and wear resistance, these teeth can significantly reduce thermal fatigue failure during rock-breaking operations. After years of development, our company has established two major series—Series D and Series DL—of composite teeth for impact hammers, offering a comprehensive range of specifications and models. Among them, Series D composite teeth are designed for superior wear resistance and are primarily used in formations with high abrasiveness and moderate impact intensity. Series DL composite teeth, on the other hand, are versatile products with broader adaptability to various geological formations.
