Flat PDC Cutter
PDC cutter is made of tungsten carbide substrates and diamond powder sintered under high temperature and high pressure. Wuhan Reetec PDC cutter adopts unique high temperature and high pressure process, uses special customized raw materials, supplemented by finite element analysis, temperature measurement, pressure measurement and other technologies, and cooperates with a variety of performance evaluation methods to specially design the wear resistance and impact resistance of the product. It is specially designed and manufactured for oil and gas bits, and is committed to hard, interbedded, poor drillability and other complex formations. It is widely used in Sichuan, Chongqing, Xinjiang and other hard drilling markets.
Wuhan Reetec has a complete range of PDC cutters. According to different application markets and bit application positions, they can be divided into four types: economic PDC (TRA), wear-resistant PDC (TD), impact resistance PDC (TC) and comprehensive PDC (TAH).
1. Economic PDC cutter TRA: Special customized raw materials and unique high-temperature and high-pressure process are applied. This series of PDC cutters are relatively balanced in wear resistance, impact resistance and heat resistance. They are suitable for formations with high wear resistance and general impact requirements.
2. Wear resistance PDC cutter TD: Synthesized by ultra-high pressure. This series of PDC cutters have excellent wear resistance, balanced impact resistance and heat resistance. It is suitable for formations and horizontal drilling with high wear resistance and general impact requirements.
3. Impact resistance PDC cutter TC: Synthesized by ultra-high pressure, this series of PDC cutters have excellent impact resistance, balanced wear resistance and heat resistance, and are suitable for heterogeneous formation with high impact requirements.
4. Comprehensive PDC cutter TAH: Synthesized by ultra-high pressure. The impact resistance of this series of products is excellent, and the wear resistance and heat resistance are greatly improved. It is suitable for complex formations, heterogeneous formations and abrasive formations with great drilling difficulty.
